These 8 young women have been there for each other like glue and today @gymaustralia officially announced some amazing news! Im so proud to say that our Senior AeroDance Team have qualified for the 2020 Aerobic Gymnastics World Championships! This has been a long term goal which we have finally achieved through a lot of hard work. ... Unfortunately the WCH have been postponed to a later date, but we will be ready! We cant wait to represent our country! What an honour Congratulations to all other athletes who have been selected onto the team. Thoma, Jess and Esther did amazing individual routines too. So proud of all of you girls, well done!

01.01.2022 The Board of Gymnastics Queensland, in light of recent restrictions enforced by the state and federal governments regarding the outbreak of Coronavirus Disease ...(COVID-19), have made the unfortunate but necessary decision to cancel the upcoming Senior State Championship Events and all Queensland sanctioned events and education courses between now and the 31st May 2020. Event refunds will be provided to all clubs within the next couple of weeks. Education courses, where possible, will be postponed to a later date this year. Gymnastics Queensland will be in contact with registered candidates with further details and options available to them. The decision was made with the health and wellbeing of our gymnastics community as the number one priority. It is regrettable that this will impact upon our hard-working clubs, athletes and coaches. These cancellations do not affect the day-to-day operations of our Gymnastics Clubs. Our affiliated Clubs will continue to operate business as usual. Clubs will continue to monitor and follow the advice issued by the Queensland Government: https://www.qld.gov.au//conditions/he/coronavirus-covid-19. Your understanding during this difficult time is appreciated.
