24.01.2022 Happy 2020 to all of our members, family and friends! The club is back up and running our full opening hours and class timetable! The first whiteboard challenge has also commenced today, check it out upstairs when you come in early for a warmup! See you tonight for 6pm Corrective Exercise and 6.30pm Boxing!!

23.01.2022 It's the first day of June and Winter has well and truly arrived! The up and coming rainy days wont matter soon with the exciting news of our re-opening on June 22!! Watch this space for more information regarding opening hours, group class timetables and general distancing practices we'll be following to get you back into training with a roof over your head!!

22.01.2022 COVID-19 UPDATE! Adrenalin is still open 6am-12pm and 5-7pm today! Tomorrow's opening hours of 8am-12pm and BOTH 8.30am Weights and 9am Corrective Exercise classes are still on too!... To ensure social distancing, there will be a maximum of 4 participants per class. If the situation arises in which 4 participants arrive for the second class (e.g, tomorrow's 9am Corrective Exercise), non of the 4 participants from the previous class will be able to join. Starting Monday March 23, we are modifying opening hours to the following: Monday to Thursday: 6am-11am, 4pm-8pm Friday and Satuday: regular hours Due to the increase in local office staff working from home, the Monday-Thursday 12.30pm classes will not be running. Any regular PT sessions can be completed at anytime throughout our modified hours, please keep in touch with your trainer regarding your regular weekly sessions. Thankyou for your understanding, stay safe out there and see you very soon for a workout!



20.01.2022 Wowee what a great day! We don't get many of these in August ... or is the weather turning for spring? Make use of it if you can, and go for a walk or jog. With an ounce of luck come Monday in 2 weeks we might be back doing outdoor PT sessions. Stay strong

20.01.2022 To all of our fantastic members and friends, unfortunately it has been made official that no face to face personal training is allowed indoors or outdoors during the new stage 4 restrictions. Even though we have fought hard to show that our industry has a major impact on physical and mental health and well-being, we have been classified as non-essential. We would like to thank you all for your ongoing support of our outdoor training program during both stage 3 restriction p...eriods. For the next 6 weeks, we will be with you online, via text and phone calls, and in spirit. Please don't hesitate to contact any of us for further information, exercising and eating plans, or even just to say g'day! Let's get through all of this together to get back into any kind of face to face training in 6 weeks! Don't forget to wear your mask, stay within your 5km radius and most importantly, stay safe out there.

19.01.2022 It would be one of the very first exercises that comes to mind when developing a core workout and very likely to occur in one of our Corrective Exercise classes... The Plank! (Prone abdominal brace) Here's Carl setting Sofia up into a prone brace off an exercise bench, which can be performed at home on the coffee table, front of couch or even the bottom of a staircase!



19.01.2022 What a difference 9 days can make! Due to the new 7 day lockdown announced yesterday, our doors are closed again and will hopefully reopen (for the 6th time) from Friday August 13! A HUGE thankyou to all of our members for training with us through all of these closures ... As always, get out for your 2 hours of exercise a day (within your local 5km) , wear your mask wherever you go and most importantly, take care and stay safe! 19.01.2022 What fantastic sunshine the third day of Spring has brought us!! Get outside for your 60 minutes of exercise and a HUGE dose Vitamin D! Try this short and sharp interval workout throughout: 350m jog/run/sprint ... 150m brisk walk Repeat 5 times in a row (10 if you're feeling great!!) Let's get through this lockdown together!!

18.01.2022 Our first week back isn't finished yet, there's still plenty of time to come in to complete the 'welcome back workout' on the upstairs whiteboard, with spots still available for Saturdays 8.30am F30 and Cardio class! Our covidsafe setup IS finished though... Contactless entry with contactless sanitiser, what a handy combination!

18.01.2022 After 12 long weeks of having our doors closed, the club was back up and running today and what a wonderful sight it was! Opening times for this week are: Tuesday 6-9am, 12-2pm, 4-8pm. Wednesday 6-10am, 4-8pm.... Thursday 6-9am, 12-2pm, 4-8pm. Friday 6-10am. Saturday 8am-12pm. Get back into it with our new 15 minute whiteboard workout!!



18.01.2022 What a good looking weather report we have for the week ahead! Make use of the sunshine and rainless days and get out for a brisk 20-40 minute walk, jog, run or ride atleast once a day! (within your local neighbourhood of course) To help your legs, hips and glutes stay strong with the daily exercising, here's a short video on performing a foam roller based single leg squat.... This is a great movement for hip stability for all types of sports and exercise, and the foam roller can be replaced by a tightly rolled up shower towel (or anything else you can come up with). Don't forget your mask when you head outside!

17.01.2022 The doors are open for our first night back! What a great morning it was, seeing so many smiling faces getting straight back into the (kettlebell) swing of things! We have a full Weights and Core class tonight but don't let that stop you from dropping in for a 30 (or 60, we wont stop you) minute session upstairs, or on the bikes downstairs, to burn those Covid calories! All you'll need to bring is a waterbottle and mask, we'll supply the rest of your sanitising needs! See you soon!

Reminder: Our usual open water glasses are not available, please bring your own waterbottle or grab an Adrenalin labelled one from reception, just don't forget to take them home!

16.01.2022 As per the return of stage 3 Stay at Home restrictions announced yesterday, we will be closing the doors of the studio at 8pm tonight. We have suspended all direct debit programs from the 9/7/20 for the duration of 6 weeks, and will wait for further notice from the state government. We want to thank you all for your ongoing support during this COVID-19 pandemic period, and are truly humbled and honored to have a fitness community like we do.... Over the next 48 hours, we will update you with further information regarding outdoor training, following the guidelines put in place. 16.01.2022 We're getting very close now!! Christmas is here in 7 days! We are open regular hours Monday to Wednesday next week, with Thursday being appointment only, there is still plenty of time to come in and grab our $125 gift voucher for a family member, friend or work colleague! This can be used for 3 introductory PT sessions, 2 weeks of group training and 2 PT sessions, or 4 weeks of group training.

16.01.2022 For those who have not yet heard, a five day, stage 4 snap lockdown has been announced, starting 11.59pm tonight. It includes closure of gyms, a 5km travel restriction, and a mask is mandatory at all times whenever you are out of your home. Stay as positive as you can, keep up your 8 glasses of water a day, get out for fresh air, utilise your daily exercise allowance time and, most importantly, please don't hesitate to contact any of the Adrenalin trainers, family and friends!

14.01.2022 Hi everyone hopefully less than 3 weeks to go until we can at least start outdoor training! I have read so many social media posts on the best way to keep fit during lockdown They will suggest staying social or making an exact time to train every day. Which is all well and good except our work and life schedules have been pulled apart and Zoom meetings seem to go overtime into our exercise time. It is easy for us trainers; we dont have the time pressures because well w...e are not really working! Here are my 3 Rules for keeping as fit as you can in Lockdown. 1. Dont get grumpy with yourself there is always tomorrow to catch up 2. Check the weather forecast in advance (especially weekends) so you know when its likely you can get outside for a walk or ride 3. 13.01.2022 The countdown is well and truly on, we officially reopen at 6am tomorrow!! Our opening hours are modified, information handouts are available at reception! A few more covid protocols to follow:... -Please check in on facebook if and when you come in to train on your own for contact tracing purposes. -Please use towels during your workout and the sanitising wipes provided to wipe down all equipment you have used during your workout. -Please have your COVIDSafe app open when you are attending the studio. There will be a number of training slots available as we reopen. If you have anyone thinking about a return to exercise or you know someone who needs a trainer, bring them along to train with you for a session and we will organise another 2 sessions free for them or you both to train!

13.01.2022 After a great session for Cam in reopening week, and he can still get his social distancing stretching completed! The doorway pectoral stretch does wonders for tight, rounded shoulders (especially for those home and external office workers) while the lat/lower back stretch can be completed anywhere! (Back of the couch, kitchen bench, handrail etc.) Reminder: Our opening hours for tomorrow are 8am to 12pm, with places still available in our 8am Group Weights and 9am Corrective Exercise classes!

Rathmines Reserve in Hawthorn East, with plenty of undercover space for weight training and 2 large ovals for running and cardiovascular training! Both individual personal training sessions and small group training on offer, following all the government guidelines with all the sanitising equipment too! Contact your trainer for more information! We've had a great morning at our outdoor PT studio so far following all the distancing guidelines with all the sanitising supplies! 06.01.2022 It's day two of Stay at Home restrictions BUT that won't stop you from getting TWO workouts done today! Utilise the sunshine (when it peaks through) and get out for a 30-40 minute brisk walk, ride or run to get your blood flowing (this can be with a friend too!) Workout number two (can be completed late afternoon before dinner and Friday night footy):... 20 starjumps/high knees/burpees for those who love them! 20 bodyweight squats 20 reverse/step back lunges (10 per leg alternating) 20 mountain climbs off a mat/bench/back of couch 20 pushups on a mat/bench/back of couch REPEAT 2 MORE TIMES Finish with a 5 minute stretch of your hamstrings, glutes, quads, lower back, neck and shoulders! 02.01.2022 Wednesday's Winter munchies! Today's snack's are protein balls! Great for kickstarting your metabolism and providing some extra energy before a morning workout! 1/3 cup of desiccated coconut... 1 tbsp. of cacao powder 60g fresh, pitted dates 2 tbsp. vanilla protein powder (or chocolate) 1/3 cup of almonds 2 tbsp. of water Combine all of the above in a food processor, roll into 5-6 balls, cover with coconut and enjoy!
