25.01.2022 Its always great to hear feedback from our customers. We had this letter arrive today so thought we would share it with you. ******* Since purchasing the Altea van in July of last year I have had 31 nights away in it and thought you would like to know some things that have been said to me since ownership of my Adria. No less than 5 people have come to me and commented on the design and the appropriateness of it for two people and one couple who were in the process of making a... change from a very old van to a new one asked for a guided tour of the van. I happily obliged and they were amazed at the fit out and loved the toilet and shower configuration. Originally I was driven by price and value for money. When I made my purchase I had very little mechanical skills at all. So not having to have levelling rods and overriding brakes has helped me financially and made a contribution to my limited practical skills. The van just made sense to me and many of the folk who have come to see it always say how the European vans are well made and give good value. I have referred them on to you. One man with a "king size" unit was most praiseworthy of the van and was amazed at the economy I was getting with the Peugeot (about 14.2 -15L Kms/100). In round figures about $22-$25/100kms (depending on the costs in NSW of diesel) Everything works well. Lights - Overload switches kick in when too many appliances are used, aerial and all wiring are good and the lighting is excellent. Towing has now become a lot easier as I have gained more confidence. Peter Nicol *******

I would like to congratulate you, Leo and RV Asia Pacific for such a good service. I have not had many issues with the Caravan and I am really happy with it. The little things that happened were attended to in a very prompt and efficient manner with no questions asked and with positive results. The outcome has been excellent! Good service and word of mouth are the best advertising a business can have. My van is prompting people to come and look at it everywhere I go and I know that some people I met at Hervey Bay have already put a deposit on one as a result of my van and us showing it to them. When on top of it I tell them about the prompt service I get from Leo, you and RV Asia Pacific in general, people can't believe it as the Caravan industry is perceived as "sell it and wash your hands off it". Not RV Asia Pacific. On a recent trip to Coffs Harbour, a friend of mine who owns Coffs Auto Electrics was very pleaseantly surprised when he saw the quality of my van and the way in which the wiring is installed, the charging system is managed and how the manual lists the wiring diagrams, something you don't get in Australian made caravans. Keep up the good work!! By the way, I towed the van all the way from Coffs Harbour to the Sunshine Coast in the middle of the worst of the storm (cyclone Oswald), with winds of 125kms per hour and torrential rain ...
