06.01.2022 I learned this lesson this week. I haven't taken a day off in weeks and my brain begun to shut down. I was unable to be creative, to get any meaningful work done and I was a disaster to be around at home. I had a full morning of sessions with clients last weekend where I was telling them exactly what it was that I needed to hear - TAKE.A.DAY.OFF.... So, I took that day and boy did it make a difference. It meant that when I returned to my projects the next day - the spring was back in my step. My husband also liked me a lot more - bonus! Just remember that stress comes about when we live out of alignment with our priorities.
