25.01.2022 Ive been teaching the Saturday Vinyasa Flow 8am @twistingpeacockyoga for so long now, probably close to 5 years!! Some students have been coming for as long as I’ve been teaching it . It’s my favorite class of the week, fun, creative and sets you up for a fully sick weekend

22.01.2022 This year for Christmas I’ve donated blood @redcrossbloodau, a Xmas dinner for a family via @salvosau and a bunch of useful pieces to a women’s refuge via @twistingpeacockyoga These will probably be the most meaningful gifts I will give this year and all up it probably cost me/us under $40. I’m so lucky and so very very grateful that I have enough to be able to share these gifts. If you have anything you can spare for those who are less fortunate than you, or your blood which costs nothing, please consider donating this Christmas then think about how lucky you are to be able to help too. #gratitude is a gift to yourself!
