24.01.2022 How was everyone's Christmas? We had a lovely time with family down here and in Perth. I have a few spaces available over the weekend, if anyone is needing to de-stress after Christmas! In the meantime, stay safe everyone!

21.01.2022 Happy Easter everyone! How has everyone been coping with social distancing, and most importantly, not being able to get a massage?! I hope today, however different it has been to previous years, has brought you some joy and hope for a bright future beyond this crisis. I have been missing seeing all your faces and often wonder how everyone is going. Please stay safe everyone! ... Til we meet again. Much love, From Adrienne. PS: I’d love to see how you all have been celebrating Easter. Feel free to share photos in the comments See more

19.01.2022 Hello everyone! I trust you all had a lovely time over Christmas? I will be heading down south for most of next week, but will be back in action on the 5th Jan. Please stay safe over New Years, and look forward to seeing you in 2018!

19.01.2022 I’m going on a holiday! Please be advised that I will not be available for appointments from this afternoon, til the 21st October. Apologies for any inconvenience, and look forward to seeing you all again upon my return.

14.01.2022 Who else feels like this when they get a head massage?

13.01.2022 Hi all, I am writing to address the COVID-19 pandemic directly with you. For the past few weeks, I have been following the updates from the Department of Health website and the World Health recommendations daily. I have also been applying very stringent infection control and hygiene protocols.... Safety is my number one concern for all of my clients, some of whom are at-risk populations. I feel a strong sense of social responsibility to help in any way to slow the spread of the virus and to protect the at-risk populations in our community. Since my profession involves being in close proximity and sharing the air for an extended time in a small room, a virus like this can be spread very quickly despite the best infection control and hygiene precautions. Due to the nature of COVID19, people could be asymptomatic for at least several days but still be contagious. Some people have contracted the virus and had virtually no symptoms at all. The Australian Government has now mandated social distancing measures to try to control the spread of COVID19. Pre-emptive social distancing and good hygiene are the two most powerful tools we have to manage the rate of virus transmission and slow down the enormous load on our medical facilities all at once. With that in mind, I am taking this situation seriously and have decided to take action now to temporarily suspend my practice to slow the curve of COVID19 spread and lessen the sudden overload on our medical facilities locally. If you have a session booked in the next two weeks, it is currently cancelled for the time being. I do not make this decision lightly as this practice is my primary source of income. At this stage, I don’t know how long this suspension will be in effect but I will keep you informed. I would prefer to be over cautious and err on the side of safety, rather than potentially regret not taking actions sooner. The safety and health of my clients, family members and community is paramount. Thank you for your support and understanding.

12.01.2022 Plenty of interesting health advice around these days. Apparently, sprinkling raw onions in your ears boosts your serotonin. What’s your health advice? Share in the comments.

06.01.2022 Just some peace of mind for you to know that massage during pregnancy is quite safe and so beneficial to both mum and bub. http://blog.amt.org.au//10-pregnancy-massage-mythconcepti/

05.01.2022 Exciting news! I am now back open for business. Please help keep everyone safe by not booking in if you are experiencing any flu-like symptoms. Hand sanitiser is provided upon arrival, and rest assured that all surfaces and linen are washed and sanitised between every client. Looking forward to seeing you all again.

05.01.2022 Happiest of New Years to you all! Thank you for all your support throughout 2018. Looking forward to a great year ahead!

01.01.2022 With a new financial year here, and to remain competitive and fair in the market, I’ve had to make the decision to tweak my prices a little. Prices below include remedial, sports, relaxation or pregnancy massage. Private health funds can be claimed for remedial massage. *Please note that the fees for mobile massage are additional to regular price.
