24.01.2022 Womens only class begins tonight at 6pm. Come for an hour to learn the basics of Self Defence to give you the tools to protect yourself. Dress code: Comfy clothes e.g. workout clothes and sneakers is fine All skill and fitness levels can attend. The only requirement is you come in with a good attitude and respect for your training partners. We shall see you then :)

02.01.2022 We have a few changes in the next coming weeks so here goes Next week I will be at an industry dinner so there will be no class next week. The following week we will be starting classes a half hour earlier at 7pm. This change will be permanent. Tomorrow will be business as per usual at 7.30pm.
