24.01.2022 FT PLUS 40 THE WAY TO GO Plus 40 injectors have become so popular they are now our biggest selling injector. So efficient in producing power now 300hp out of a ft is a walk in the park, yet can be set as low as 200hp with zero smoke. Fitting 40% pump and injector combination is now as simple as bolting them in, set your boost and drive. Today we had on the dyno a ft 80 ADS PUMP ... ADS PLUS 40 INJECTORS GTURBO VORTEX RED AIRBOX This pump and injector set up was sent out for 25psi, we run it, adjusted boost to 25psi and done. Got to love that .Now this car is auto and power is lower than if it was manual, plus we wanted to limit torque to about 600nm at the wheels as the auto is not upgraded. Still a great result with 235rwhp at 22-1 though the midrange and no richer than 20.5-1 at redline. Now we get asked about fuel economy all the time, this customer drove 9hrs to get his car dynoed and said fuel consumption for the trip was 11.8ltrs per hundred, which is dam good for a auto, heavy car and 33 muds.

24.01.2022 FTE-M EFFICIENCY Even standard the FTE-M out preforms the FTE. This car is stock as they come, no intercooler, standard turbo, running 13psi and 21-1 AFR. Putting down 140rwhp were as a standard fte we see about 110-120 rwhp. Goes to show the efficiency of the mechanical conversion . For any inquiries don’t hesitate to call 0740924939

20.01.2022 FT AND FTE-MEC 40% INJECTOR TESTING CONTINUES Research and development continues on the newest product release from ADS. We decided to lower the boost and pull some fuel out to see how the new injectors liked 22psi and 21-1afr. We started the run at 1600rpm to see the torque and boost response from the red wheel with the plus40s. Nothing short of amazing how the plus 40s and GTurbo vortex red work together. The vortex red is rated at 38psi boost yet is more than capable of g...reat boost response. Most large turbos are great up top but lack bottom end response. With near full boost at 1600rpm and 750nm of torque this combo is unbelievable to drive. Now injectors efficiency is what we are looking at, so at a low boost of 22psi and 21-1afr we are producing 265hp at the wheels and 840nm of torque at the flywheel. This kind of power is unheard of at 22psi. Now this is what we would class as a tow tune, good egts and being more efficient than the standard injectors it also saves you fuel. NOTE: this is on 285 toyos with 3.9 diff ratio, so with standard tyres and standard 4.1 ratio power would be even higher. 19.01.2022 FTE-MEC 75 SERIES The fte-mec engine becoming the popular choice in older cruisers. We built this pump and injectors some time ago for a fte conversion back to mechanical. At this stage we were only doing plus30 injectors, where as now we dropped the 30s for the more efficient plus 40s. Now this engine was getting fully rebuilt at the time we where building the pump, so we built and tuned the pump on the test bench for a lean 25psi for run in purposes. So on the dyno i...t went,adjusted the boost to 25psi and that’s it. No tuning required at all. We supply pumps all over Australia and overseas,direct to customers and performance shops. With minimal or no tuning required, they definitely make life easy on the dyno. Running 35s and 25psi boost on a run in tune, we set the afr to 22 to 23-1 which is super lean and still making over 200hp See more

17.01.2022 HDJ79 x 2 TUNES 2 x tunes are becoming more popular with the fte with the use of PDI INTERCOOLERS DTE Infinitely Adjustable Controller. This customer now has 275hp at 20.5-1 for towing and 315hp at 18-1 for street use at the turn of a dial. Note this has standard airbox and will be retuned at a later date

13.01.2022 STANDARD-CHIP-REMAP VDJ79 with a auto has to be the best thing going, if only they would bring them out of the factory like this. This is a bit of a comparison of the chip versus remap, these days it’s a no brainer. Remaps are undoubtedly the way to go when done properly, Bottom end response is everything. Standard this auto 79 had 40 hp at 2000rpm, with the chip 60hp(which is a gain no doubt)but after removing the chip and tuning the factory ecu we have a whopping 160hp (300% gain). Autos are good but they need to have the power behind them to make them drivable
