Balance is very crucial to our bodies as we age as is core strength, having a mature body doesn’t mean that... you can’t achieve the goals that you set for yourself- The Ballet Vitality classes are held once a week during the day at Arnold Street Studio in Cheltenham, We lead the way to improved health in mind, body and soul- connecting the adult ballet community together. 01.01.2022 The Adult Ballet Centre will be closed for a short time due to COVID-19 lockdown Circuit Breaker for five days beginning midnight this evening. There are no classes in the studios from Saturday 13th of February to Wednesday 17th of February. Returning back on Thursday the 18th. Please cancel and reschedule your classes in these dates.
