23.01.2022 Update: Issue has been resolved. **CURRENT TELSTRA OUTAGE** There is a current Telstra outage affecting BSIP services for a number of customers across NSW. Telstra's technical teams are investigating with the aim of restoring services as soon as possible.

As a temporary solution, we are advising customers to reboot their modem, which will restore service. Our technicians are continuing to investigate and we are working on getting things back on track as quickly as possible.
