03.01.2022 [Meet The Team] Frank Brennan: Dr Frank Brennan qualified in medicine at University College Dublin in 1979 and completed training in gastroenterology in Perth gaining the FRACP in 1990. Since that time I have been on the staff at Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital where I developed a special interest in ERCP and advanced interventional endoscopy. I have been actively involved in teaching advanced trainees during this time. I have also been in private practice during this time wher...e I have seen a large number and variety of gastroenterology problems. I am interested in the field of colon cancer screening and deliver a high quality colonoscopy service using the latest high definition endoscopes. Screening protocols advised to patients will always be in line with current best practice guidelines aiming to minimize the frequency of intrusive investigations without compromising clinical outcomes. A multidisciplinary approach to gastroenterological problems, particularly in patients with GI malignancy and complex biliary problems, is routinely practiced.
