07.01.2022 Happy Fabulous Friday!! Hmmm, very interesting week! We had termite stalagmites at the start and some interesting $$$ comparisons in termite control mid week too!! Turns out that some companies are still quoting annual chemical treatments alongside their termite inspections and charging some pretty hefty $$$ for it too. Do not be fooled by being told annual treatments are required. As per the Australian Standards, chemical should be applied as per the label of any approved chemical. Termiticides applied at 0.5% will only require re-treatment after 5 years!! These additional "annual treatments" could cost you THOUSANDS of dollars in the long run! It pays to do your homework!

02.01.2022 Good morning all. It's been an interesting start to 2014 but this would have to be one of the most concerning finds! Our illustrious leader, Mike Ritchie found this in a subfloor! Termite leads as stalagmites! Thicker than my thumb and completely bypassed the stumps! It pays to have annual visual inspections... Happy hump day!
