23.01.2022 Hello everyone. I have been learning Qigong for well over a year now and have found it to be an amazing thing. Qiging is one of the tools I have used during this time and it has helped in a wonderful way. I am very excited that my teacher has offered this course for free during this time of trouble. 12.01.2022 The weather is warming and the days are longer. This generally means extra gardening activities. Due to an increase in garden activities such as digging and bending this can cause added stress on the body creating restriction in movement, stiffness in joints and pain. It is important to listen to our body and be aware when a movement feels restricted, any stiffness in our joints or if there is any particular movement that produces pain.
