25.01.2022 Had another HUGE day today at the Body Mind Psychic Expo Adelaide. Enjoyed it but certainly not something that I could do every weekend... I'll certainly sleep well tonight. A BIG thanks to those on the team this weekend including fellow stallholders Michelle Crone, Edmund Gooden, Liz Palmer and Myriam Sampson. Another thanks to my fellow massage therapists & healers Fiona White, Don Bergineti and Adam Timms. Unfortunately Zaher had to take a raincheck due to feeling under... the weather. Hope he's having a speedy recovery... Lastly thanks to my other half Michelle Wittholz for all her help patiently packing up afterwards.. The next planned event at this stage is the Riverland Wellness Festival so I better hop to it and start making arrangements eh Sue... I might be able to twist Edmund's arm to come along...and hopefully a few others...

19.01.2022 We've officially assembled our 'Health & Wellness Guru Crew' for Saturday 16th & Sunday 17th November. Edmund Gooden, Joan Carpenter, myself and one other stall helper will now be definitely attending the 2019 Riverland Wellness Festival. We're really happy and excited to be working together. This will be my first time attending this event and once again I'm really looking forward to being alongside many of the familiar faces from the Enlighten Adelaide Festival held in May earlier this year. Now is the time to start planning it in your diaries and making it part of a little 'wellness weekend getaway'. 13.01.2022 Good morning all. HUGE day yesterday at the Body Mind Psychic Expo, Adelaide Showgrounds. A slow-ish start but the pace certainly picked up from about midday onwards. We met some well known familiar faces and many many more expo newcomers. Today we have 3 expert massage therapists and healers at stall number 29 all day from 10am - 6pm. So if you're feeling a bit tired, achy, flat or would just like a great massage or energy healing session, then come visit us.

12.01.2022 We went along to Codan at Mawson Lakes early this morning to see the boys from the 'Surf Rescue Team' head off for the annual Variety Bash. I'm proud to be a fellow sponsor for the crew. Shaun, Noel and Chris did an amazingly fantastic job of raising almost $16, 000 for Variety this year! This is the first day of their 8 day journey which has them travelling up to the mid-North through Booborowie to Broken Hill, the Riverland and more... 11.01.2022 This is one of the most significant environmental films of our time, being the lifelong culmination of all of David Attenborough's work to date. It should be compulsory watching in all schools, all Universities, and other educational institutions. As we already know, we are at the precipice of a 'change threshold" where we must make significant and drastic positive changes to the way that we live and function as an international community on Planet Earth. ... There is no time to 'sweep it under the unconcious carpet' anymore and pretend that everything is alright, that it will just work itself out or put simply that 'the Universe will take care of it'. Perhaps coronovirus is at some level part of the catalyst to effect a significant global change in our awareness and conciousness, as this is one of the only ways to enforce the necessary behavioural shifts needed to ameliorate or repair the chronic environmental damage that we have done to the natural wildlife on our home planet. No need to self-flagellate or persecute oneself though, more a need to have heartfelt moments of true realisation about our impact as humans on the current environmental trajectory that we have set ourselves upon as a human race. Share this movie with all of your friends, your family, your colleagues, associates, acquaintances or anyone that you can think of. Yes. There's been many documentaries about this topic and similar, but none has the weight of substance and credibility that this one carries. It is presented with quiet humility, peaceful purpose but with the absolute highest priority to our continued existence. So set a date and a time and simply watch this for yourself, for your family, for you pets, the birds chirping in your garden, the cicadas and for all and every living being here on Earth... 02.01.2022 My new Revitalize Massage and Healing Balm has finally been made fresh off the press today! I went down to the farm at Sacred Grove and with Edmund's help, I've crafted a beautifully soothing and very refreshing mix of herbal infused Australian Sandalwood, Pine and Emu Bush combined with a pure essential oil blend of Lime, Lemongrass, Lemon Myrtle and Peppermint in a luxuriating base of beeswax and pure olive oil.
