25.01.2022 Covid-19 Exemption Update: A new CASA exemption, EX83/2020 provides a 6 month extension to the 2 year requirement specified in CASR Part 61.225(2) for both CPL and ATPL ‘windows’. To obtain the benefit of this exemption, candidate must: have a valid pass in at least 1 subject-part exam, to which CASR Part 61.225(2) applies, gained between 16th March 2018 and 15th March 2020; and ... gain their full CPL or ATPL theory credit within a period of 2 years and 6 months.
