But just take yourself back to how good you were feeling when you lost those kilos looking at yourself thinking l feel so proud of myself l am going to reach my goals , then what happens not only to you but most you plateau and that little devil in your head saying give up its not worth the hard work eat those fatty foods , this is were the tough get tougher and kick arse stronger than ever because you are not a loser and you want that goal more than anything , you must beat that devil.
