25.01.2022 This pool has had a few makeovers in its life but luckily this will be its last. Starting as a marble sheen, then it got a coat of paint, then as it developed some leaks the tiles were put on and a liner was installed. All these were done well, they just werent a permanent solution. With all new fittings, a new light and the tiles being re grouted this pool is practically brand new. Final colour is Lagoon Blue

25.01.2022 Here is the finished Kwan Yin Pool at Great Stupa. Trying to get the balance of smooth finish while keeping it natural was a bit of a challenge but we are very happy with the final product and think they are too. Soon a 7m tall statue of Kwan Yin will be put on the middle platform. If you have a chance it is definitely worth the drive out to Bendigo to have a walk around the grounds and look at the beautiful gardens ect. 23.01.2022 This 15 year old Pebble Crete pool was in a bad way. All the pebbles were falling off the surface which would then go through and clog the pump and filter. We applied 2 coats of vinylester resin first just to get some structure back to the surface before starting the fibreglass process. This pool will be so much easier to keep clean and balanced now! Final colour is our recommended Pool Blue

22.01.2022 This vinyl to fibreglass conversion was not very old at all! You can see in the before photos that the liner has stretched in some places and shrunk in others. 22.01.2022 Last year we posted a pool that we named The black hole.......... well Id like to introduce The Black Hole 2.0!! Someone thought it was a good idea to put raw timber around the top of a pool and then simply paint the whole thing black! Thankfully were here now and will have this pool looking amazing in no time!

21.01.2022 We affectionately named this pool The Black Hole for obvious reasons. Pair the dark finish with the red lights and this pool is something out of a horror movie for its new owners. With a few days and some hard work the pool now looks nice and fresh. Definitely more inviting than it was before! Final colour is Lagoon Blue

20.01.2022 What was old is new again! We estimate that this fibreglass pool was at least 40years old and showing every year of it. It has had a couple of repairs and a few paint jobs over the years and unfortunately for the owners none of them were done properly. 18.01.2022 And here it is.... The beautiful new pool @ McMillans of Metung resort. The difference is night and day. All new fitting and 2 new tri colour led lights just to top it off. Grip and white safety lines have been put on the steps as extra safety for the guests. 18.01.2022 You have to love something a little different to shake things up! This old albatross pool had seen better days. We had to reform some of the top edge as well and re-strap the cracked panels. Final colour is Dove Grey which will have a stunning contrast against the mod-wood deck soon to be built surrounding the pool.

17.01.2022 We were on the road most of yesterday quoting jobs and one thing really stood out. It felt really strange not shaking someones hand when you first meet them. We want everyone to know we are taking Covid-19 serious both as individuals and a business. We have hand sanitizer and antibacterial wipes on us at all times. We will be wiping down any customers belongings we touch ie; gate latches, taps ect so you can be confident we are not bringing any nasties to your home. 17.01.2022 Here we have an old vinyl liner pool that has been empty for years. The 2 long walls have been straightened up and back filled. 17.01.2022 You have to love a job thats a little different! This is the Kwan Yin Pool @ The great stupa just out of Bendigo. While a perfectly uniform finish isnt what they were after, Im sure they were expecting better than this. With a week and some hard work we will have it worthy of its beautiful surroundings.

16.01.2022 Dont panic, were still here! Been a crazy few weeks and its not slowing down anytime soon!! This was a fully tiled pool with a slate waterline tile. As you can see the fence support posts were drilled straight into the side of the pool so that was formed up and filled with concrete to delete the step and creat a new straight line. 16.01.2022 You would never know the deleted seat was there or that this pool was over 40 years old! The top edge was raised up by 25mm so the client can have artificial grass laid around the pool to create the perfect little courtyard! Final colour is pool blue

At the end of February I will be joining my gym Your Health and Fitness in a 24hr Treadmill-a-thon to raise money for Wildlife Victoria. 15.01.2022 And on the 2nd day we said Let there be steps! As you can see we have removed the ladder and built a whole new set of steps including a wrap around seat. Once constructed it is all filled with crushed rock to ensure its strength for many, many years to come. The rust was all treated and skimmer box had all the rust removed and a completely rebuilt front installed. Its always a pleasure working alongside Tim from Beachside Pool Service who replaced all the pool equipment. ... 14.01.2022 This old marble sheen pool was in desperate need of a restoration. The surface was in such bad condition and someone decided (only 2 years ago) simply painting it would fix all the problems but as you can see it didnt work. After a thick layer of fibreglass and two colour coats its finally fixed properly. We also removed all the tiles, extended the seat/ledge to a usable size and installed a new light system. 13.01.2022 Last weeks pool was a big one. This fully tiled pool had seen its share of patch repairs in its 40+ years at this beautiful resort in Metung. All the tiles were ground back and any loose areas were removed and filled. Since ground movement is prominent an extra thick layer of fibreglass was applied to ensure strength. 09.01.2022 Were coming into that crazy time of year and we have been a bit slack posting photos. Its been a busy few week to say the least. Here we have a vinyl to fibreglass conversion. The liner was only 5 years old and had already had major bleaching under the waterline and multiple repairs in that time. Once the liner was out there was quite a lot of rust damage. Most spots were just covered in silicone but there was a lot that werent which was causing the need for repairs. This pool now has a new lease on life and is more than ready for the warmer weather Final colour is our recommended Pool Blue

08.01.2022 We get asked a lot why we dont have darker colours or The pretty one with the glitter in our colour range. Well this is why. This pool isnt very old and is already faded and patchy! Something very common with darker colours. All of the colours in our range are specifically made for pools, they are UV stabilised and designed to work with however you balance your pool! Structurally this pool was perfect, now it is aesthetically perfect too!!!

06.01.2022 While in the area today we stopped in and saw a pool that we completed in November last year. This one was fully tiled and also had a seat to be deleted that we formed up and filled with concrete. Always good to see them full of water and if you look through all the photos you can see the massive difference to not only the pool but the whole courtyard. Definitely hard to not go for a swim today to test the surface.

06.01.2022 This pool HAD a list of issues as long as my arm but we worked our way through them one by one and the results speak for themselves. A new step was built on top of the existing one to make it easier to get in and out plus the ladder was given new treads and buffers. Final colour was Pool Blue

01.01.2022 Nice little resto on this 35+ year old fibreglass pool. Structurally it was in good condition however the surface was breaking down. Old copper returns were replaced with new ones and the 240v light was removed and patched. Top edge has been prepped ready for the landscapers to come in and completely re work the area. Final colour is Lagoon Blue
