23.01.2022 Find out why Anxiety, Nervousness, and Panic Attacks happen to you and how to overcome it! Do you wake in the morning feeling anxious for no apparent reason? Do you find yourself with panic overwhelming you through the day when nothing is planned? You might feel nervous about going to work or when the phone rings, when there’s nothing to be worried about. This can go on for months or years, and will cause debilitating emotions, reducing your ability to work, and cause relati...onship problems at home. There are a number of underlying causes that contribute to symptoms including anxiety, nervousness, depression, or lack of excitement and motivation for life. Stress feels overwhelming, and little upsets cause feelings of anger. Palpitations, irritable bowel syndrome, foggy brain and poor concentration can also occur. Even though it seems psychological, and you may have issues in your life contributing to it, there are two very common physical problems that cause your symptoms to feel more extreme than they should feel. These affect the nervous system, causing your fight/flight response to over-react. A malicious infection has been found to be a contributing factor in up to 90% of tested patients. It’s picked up from overseas, or having contact with someone who has travelled which is only detected in specialised testing. This infection releases a toxin affecting the nervous system physically and mentally. It’s not often been associated with mental health, though studies show its impact on the brain. It’s passed on very easily, so more than one person in a household may suffer from similar symptoms. You will also find some people can carry this infection with no symptoms whatsoever, as it seems to act when there are other health or stress related problems. Often we’re able to correlate the first sign of symptoms, coinciding with a stomach bug causing diarrhoea or vomiting. It’s passed on quite easily through schools, day care centres, or places of work. It’s quite easy to treat, when done properly, and most symptoms are relieved as soon as the infection has been eradicated. Infections are just one part of a 7 step process for permanently treating anxiety and other mental health conditions. These steps have been proven with testing to improve the brain function immeasurably, without the help of medication.

20.01.2022 How good do these chicken parmy zucchinis look to make these cook up some organic chicken breast or mince in your favourite homemade (or if store bought organic and low-sugar) parmy sauce, hollow out some zucchinis, sprinkle a bit of cheese on top and pop them in the oven until at desired roast. Delish!

19.01.2022 Could your Hormones be making you CRAZY? Beat Anger, Irritability, Anxiety and Depression Forever! Mood swings so strong, you just want to scream, or crawl into bed and sleep till it’s over. Anxiety over nothing, irritable over everything, crying at the drop of a hat, and sadness to boot! Now, I’m not just talking about menopause and PMS; to all of you men, MANopause can and will happen, so listen up! Are you irritable, nervous, depressed, low libido, foggy thinking, can’t s...leep, or gaining weight? Is anything sounding familiar? Hormonal imbalances don’t just happen without cause. Did you ever wonder why some people have great hormones, and you just don’t? Why can some people eat anything and maintain their weight, yet you gain 3kg overnight from just thinking about breaking your diet! It’s not all about weight, but some of it is, these symptoms are just the tip of the iceberg for what hormones can do to your body when out of balance long term. You’re looking at accelerated aging, permanent metabolism malfunction, which leads to diabetes and heart disease, and a decline in your brain function, including losing your short term memory, and loss of important older memories permanently. There are six triggers that affect your hormones, starting with diet, food reactions, nutrient deficiencies, infections, stress, and fitness. The problem we have is that most people only deal with one of these at a time. You’ll see a specialist in only one area, though if you don’t address all of them, you’re caught in a cycle that goes on for life. The frustrating part is once these triggers upset your hormones, your hormones cause these triggers again! How do you stop it? Actually, it’s pretty easy to stop, as long as you deal with them all at the same time and properly! I have seen hormone creams to balance hormones, the pill, HRT, and bio-identical hormones. These might help your current symptoms, though they won’t fix the cause, and they won’t fix the permanent effects, so the cycle continues and you become reliant on them. Fortunately, it can be treated properly, and most symptoms are improved within weeks, and completely relieved within just a few months. See more

15.01.2022 What the Australian Health System doesn’t know that could eliminate Depression, Anxiety and ADHD forever. Stress, anger, insomnia and distractibility could all be a thing of the past. 9 year old Dillon had been diagnosed with ADHD, and medicated with Ritalin. His parents told to pick him up each day at lunch, well before end of school. His medication was wearing off by then, his behaviour becoming unacceptable. He was to spend his breaks under supervision, away from other chi...ldren. This was an enormous burden on the family. They struggled with split shifts working to pick him up on time. As I’d seen with the other children I had treated, Dillon was a lovely kid, happy to talk to, not disruptive, or rude, his parents were lovely and taught him to be well mannered. When the first signs of ADHD were noticed, they were told by the school he would have to be treated with medication, and there was nothing else they could do. I had heard this before from many parents about their children, though some had not yet chosen to use the medication, but all were told there was no choice. After explaining to Dillon’s parents the real causes of ADHD, we went through the process of how to eliminate them. They were so relieved that there was something else, that had proven results, they were overwhelmed with emotion, it was clear how much of an effect it was having on their family. We began treatment and testing, finding Dillon’s serotonin was dropping throughout the day causing him to feel anger and made it difficult for him to focus. He was also severely reacting to things in his environment, causing anything he found too stressful to be overwhelming, he would throw a tantrum to remove himself from the situation. He was a child at the end of his ability to cope. After rectifying these responses, and supporting Dillon’s brain chemical production, he was doing well, and the school had decided to allow him to stay until the normal school hours within 7 weeks of beginning treatment.

13.01.2022 Could your diet be making you miserable? Depression, anxiety, irritability, anger, stress, ADD/ADHD, migraines, and more can be associated with what you eat, or what you DON’T eat. All of these emotions can be influenced by foods, or lack thereof. Our brains produce chemicals that can make us feel happy, overcome stress and anxiety, and relaxed. These chemicals are made of nutrients we get from food, and any one of them can be blocked by just one missing nutrient. It can be t...hat simple! You’ve all heard the saying you are what you eat right? Our brain is made of DHA, which comes from fish, our chemicals in our brains are made of B vitamins, proteins from meats, and vitamins from vegetables. There can be many reasons why you might not be getting the nutrients you need. Many people think they’re eating a well-balanced diet, when in fact, they have quite an imbalanced diet, high in carbohydrates, low in proteins, and too low in fats! Good fats that is. Do you realise that your good fats make your hormones, and when you restrict fat to lose weight, or to be healthy you cause a hormonal imbalance which leads to PMS, menopausal symptoms or depression and fatigue in both women and men? Do you know how much of each of these food groups you should be eating in a day? Nutrient deficiency can also be caused by a lack of absorption. Medications, stress, allergy, or poor diet can all cause gut inflammation. As soon as your gut wall is inflamed, you reduce the amount of nutrients that can get through. You could be doing everything right, and still have problems. This particular problem doesn’t go away naturally, it has to be treated, or it can last decade’s undetected leading to ongoing symptoms of depression, and stress. Fortunately, it doesn’t take long to correct all of these problems. Correcting gut function and balancing your diet, can usually be dealt with in weeks, meaning, you could be happier and healthier in no time. The best part is that it will slow your aging process, and reduce your chances of developing diabetes, cancer, arthritis, and heart disease. You’ll also lose weight if you have a weight problem, you’ll be fit, lean, muscular, gorgeous and HAPPY!
