Taking a voluntary redundancy, she took the opportunity to study something completely different: horticulture and landscape design TAFE Queensland. It took a simple statement from my teenage daughter, ‘Why don’t you just follow your dream mum’ for me to start from scratch, head back to study and I haven’t looked back!’ ...
