21.01.2022 The Federal Government has finally announced our public school was relocated and the land sold off to make way for a tax office. What happened to the Performance Arts Centre?

18.01.2022 Don't forget to visit Gosford Public School for it's 150 years celebrations tomorrow. Starting at 10 am with a reunion for ex students followed by the unveiling of the Timeline Mural at 11am and the opening of the Commemorative Garden soon after. The Chapman Room will be hosting an Art Show where you can see the amazing artistic talents of GPS students. The school's outstanding band, choirs and dance groups will be performing throughout the day.

15.01.2022 As the school moves on the grass is growing on the old site waiting for the politicians to announce more big plans when they can't even get a portable pie shop open. The Circus of course rolls on...

12.01.2022 Happy 150th Birthday Gosford Public School! What a wonderful day of celebration Saturday was. With a large turn out of ex and current students and families, the School put on a spectacular celebration day with historical displays, wonderful musical performances, Artastic art show, fun rides, the opening of the Commemorative Garden and the unveiling of the Timeline Mural. Congratulation to Gosford Public School's staff, students and volunteers for such an amazing day.

07.01.2022 Preview of one of the five ceramic murals created to celebrate 150 years of Gosford Public School to be unveiled at 11am this Saturday at the Gosford Public School 150th Commemorative Fair. The tiled murals depict the historical timeline of Gosford Public School and pays tribute to our Indigenous past that preceded European history.

06.01.2022 The Community Fair celebrating 150 years of Gosford Public School is on Saturday 17 October. All the community is welcome, especially former students and staff. The reunion assembly and morning tea for past students and staff will commence at 10:00am in the school hall. The day will be a chance to meet up with old students and staff, see the new school grounds and enjoy a variety of activities including performances from the school band, choir and dance groups, markets, fete... style rides, BBQ & Drinks, Saltwater Markets and ARTASTIC Show display of student's art works. There will also be the opening of the Sesquicentenary Commemorative Garden and the amazing historical mural project that every student in the school has made a tile in, that will be opened by Karen Jones, Executive Director of Public Schools NSW.
