15.01.2022 Rain, sun or hail - a carport does not only offer great protection from the harsh Australian climate. In this case it also offers a very pleasing aesthetic that fits beautifully into the property’s stunning natural surroundings. We designed this carport in collaboration with our clients who decided to go with our design using timber instead of a competitor’s design using steel. The result is a much more natural and beautiful look. Our clients love their new carport and so do we.

13.01.2022 Dear Clients, On Sunday, the 28th of September the Victorian Premier announced an easing of restrictions that came into effect 11:59 pm last night. We welcome the small changes announced that bring all of us closer to a Covid-normal life.... Unfortunately, even with the current easing of restrictions the home renovation sector still remains severely restricted. This means home renovations can still only be carried out in unoccupied homes. Repairs and maintenance works are allowed in emergencies and for safety issues only. This includes repairs that are needed to: Keep individuals within their property or work premise safe; or Prevent property from damage or damage to goods; or Fix an essential service; or Maintain Essential Safety Measures to ensure a building remains suitable for occupation We do welcome the Premier announcing the potential for metropolitan Melbourne to move to the next step earlier than originally planned. This step will now be taken when cases fall sufficiently, on 19 October, rather than 26 October as originally announced. We sincerely hope that we will be able to operate as usual with a Covid-Safe plan in place from 19th October if case numbers meet the required threshold. In the meantime, we are available for you via phone, email, Facebook Messenger to take your queries and will assess if your project meets the current criteria set out by the state government. If not we will be very happy to meet you in person once the next step of easing restrictions is confirmed, which will hopefully be on 19 October. Thank you for your understanding. 08.01.2022 Dear clients, Like all Victorians we are devastated by the ongoing impact of COVID-19 on our lives and livelihoods. As mentioned by the Premier, building and construction is the lifeblood of the Victorian economy. Despite the great work everyone in the building industry has done to safeguard workers and clients we understand the broader issues at play to stop the spread of Covid-19 in our beautiful state and city. The infection rates in the building and construction industr...y have been well below community average and we will continue to work within the guidelines and measurements set out by the government and DHHS to keep our workers, subcontractors and clients safe. For our business the new Stage 4 Lockdown measures mean: Only critical repairs (emergency repairs) to residential premises are permitted (at present we are still waiting on a more detailed definition and whether or not renovations/extension are allowed) A maximum of 5 workers incl. supervisors are allowed on site at any given time A COVID Safe Plan was implemented Contact tracing as part of our COVID Safe plan in form of an attendance register We are available via phone and email to take on enquiries from new and existing customers, however, we are unable to meet you in person on site We, as a small, family owned business, can ensure you that we will do our utmost best to keep our clients, workers and subcontractors safe while continuing to provide high quality building services.
