19.01.2022 Did you know Windows 7/8 and Vista have an in-built Snipping Tool? What is this you ask? - it's the ability to capture part or all of your screen to send a screen shot to someone or save as a file. I often just want a snippet of a webpage to send to someone. Just type "snip" at the Start -> Run menu to get started.

17.01.2022 One of the most common questions I'm asked is "What is this cloud thing?" or "How do I get the cloud?" :) You may not know it, but you probably are already using the "Cloud" for many things. Here is the definition of "Cloud Computing": "the practice of using a network of remote servers hosted on the Internet to store, manage, and process data, rather than a local server or a personal computer."... It's a fancy word for using an Internet provider for your data, application, website etc.

16.01.2022 It's been 1 year since Windows 10 was released, and officially the free upgrade offer from Windows 7/8 is now over (ended 29/7). However for those users who makes use of any of the accessibility features in Windows, the upgrade is still available with no end date (at this stage). This newsletter was discussing the topic of Google making changes to their Search Engine Results Page (SERP) and specifically looking for websites that are mobile/responsive with responsive being the preference.
