08.01.2022 Spring is in the air! On Wednesday, staff and residents took the opportunity of being inspired by Spring to dress colourfully. Residents who choose are enjoying time outdoors, the warmer weather and colour appearing in the garden. Hospitality excelled themselves by providing a Spring inspired menu of Spring Onion and Cherry tomato quiche; Spring lamb; mash potato & baby carrots along with lemon and strawberry sponge for dessert.

01.01.2022 HAPPY FATHER"S DAY to all our resident dads! What an exciting day it’s been for Gents yesterday. We’ve rethought Father’s Day through a COVID lens, and came up with the following treats: Food is a great place to start, so our catering team supplied tasty morsels like hot chips in a cup, liquorice, Maltesers and ice cream spider drinks. Then we added some reminiscing activities with a warm towel barber shop shave experience thanks to ‘barbers’ Lea & Mel; Pr Kenn collated som...e of his travel and experience photo’s to be viewed on TV’s and Josie created a ‘fishing’ game that tested skill and luck. We hope all of the men are feeling the love this Father’s Day. Thankyou to the amazing staff that take care of our residents and are always thinking of how to make these special days even more exciting for them all...... See more
