08.01.2022 Some people can do amazing things and some people just believe they cant do amazing things. I use to be one of those people and facets of me still are. However, I am catching myself on what I am believing that I can and cant do and choosing to change those old thoughts or beliefs. Years ago if you had of asked me to do a radio interview I would of said no and begged for someone else to do it, whilst having major panic attacks and further engraining my beliefs that I can not... do something. Being aware of my past self and the feelings that crept up when I was asked to do a radio interview, I said yes before I could say no. So I went in with my heart racing but pulling my big girl pants up anyway and I done my first radio interview. Small, purhaps but big for me Hell Yes. I was proud of myself yes, but I didnt think anything of it again until, today when my dad phoned the radio to request a song, and then so proudly announced on live radio that the host had interviewed his daughter the other day and continued to have a nice yarn about it what a champ. Cheers for having my back dad and I must congratulate myself for having my own as well. Sometimes we just need to push ourselves past our fears and do it anyway.
