15.01.2022 Adventure Ride - Maytown to Laura The Adventure team, took to the tracks, riding from Cairns to Laura via the Bump Track and the old Coach road, (which runs from Maytown to Laura). Maytown is the old gold township, 80 km off of the Mulligan Highway with the Coach Road running north around 70km's to Laura. Leaving Cairns early in the morning, the team grabbed an early lunch at Maytown before tackling the Coach Road, taking around 4 hours to reach Laura and onto the Lions Den for some lightweight Camping, Pizza, Beers and obligatory tall stories :-).
