23.01.2022 Noosa’s passionate adventure operators are on a mission to align themselves with Tourism Noosa's green initiative, Plastic Free Noosa. We hosted our first community clean-up event on Noosa Foresfore this week which is proudly sponsored by Heads of Noosa Brewing Co. There was an incredible turn out from other local community members, with about 45 clean-up participants in total and we collected approx 15kg of rubbish from the foreshore of the Noosa River. We're inviting the public along to join in on the clean-up and to meet some of our amazing local tour operators. Our events are proudly sponsored by Heads of Noosa Brewing Co. 03.01.2022 The Adventure Noosa Group (made up of Tourism Noosa operators from the Youth & Adventure sector) are going to start hosting regular clean-up events around our Noosa Villages as they set sights on aligning themselves with the Plastic Free Noosa Program. The Plastic Free Noosa clean-ups, sponsored by Heads of Noosa Brewing Co., will start on Wednesday 19 August. The clean-ups are a great way for the group to connect with community and now more than ever, these small businesses... need our support. Other clean-ups will follow at Noosa Main Beach, Sunshine Beach, Noosa Junction and K'gari, with members of the community invited to participate in the clean-ups.
