22.01.2022 How to make your own liquid soap

21.01.2022 I’ve been thinking If you were quarantined for 14 days (or longer) what would you keep in your pantry? Here is a pantry, fridge & freezer list that would kee...p you going and also a heap of suggestions what you could make using your Thermomix from those staples! Whilst I’m not promoting going out to purchase all these at once (today!) but being mindful of what you could do if this happened to your family. What else could you add to the list? Makes your investment of $23.69 per week very reasonable don’t you think! Would love to hear any comments. PS Don’t forget to wash your hands. 15.01.2022 10 year challenge

08.01.2022 EXTENDED - Loyalty offer Due to the overwhelming popularity of our loyalty offer, trade in, upgrade or essentially whatever terminology you care to use. It ...has been extended until Oct 30th Combinable with 24m interest free payments of $20 per week and a 30% discount on your cook key. Wondering what the drawcard is? You get $600 for your TM31, regardless of age or condition. You get a new TM5, the latest in technology and innovation. AND the ability to pay off that changeover price at $20 a week with 24 months interest free. Curious about the differences between the TM31 & TM5? Here’s a few for you : Guided cooking! - with a TM31 you have to input data, press buttons and turn dials, following a recipe from a book, it’s slow as your always going back and forth to said book or iPad and it’s easy to miss steps, because well that’s life and life is some times busy. Wiith guided cooking, all of these recipes are programmed for you, making things quicker and less prone to error. Guided cooking coupled with the cook key gives you worldwide access to approx 40,000 guided recipes. Need a gelato recipe? Well why not hit Thermomix in Italy for theirs! I have found that with the introduction of guided cooking, bad cooks, tend to be less hesitant (no element of error) and kids can use it younger (my 8yo specialises in garlic and cheese naan and and my 5yo banana bread) There is a 8 second delay with lid opening, meaning the intense heat has subsided when the lid comes off. The scales can be used whilst cooking, allowing you no down time as you measure out ingredients for another dish or add ingredients to what’s already in the bowl, while the machine is on. No stop, start, reset. Bigger bowl! Yeeeeeehaaaaa Much bigger varoma - capacity of 300g more, however its in the depth so realistically, I can fit a kg more of meat in it than my TM31 varoma, this makes it practical and I use it more. Touch screen - great for arthritis, no buttons and dials to turn and twist. Speed - has half speeds, no more waggling the knob between the 4&5 when trying to chop coleslaw More precise scale calibration - will register in 5g increments rather than 10g, yes, this is super handy Longer cook time - runs out to 90m instead of 60m Ability to change languages, great for families with aupair’s or non English speaking backgrounds Ability to turn the sound off - got a sleeping baby? Need I say more? Automated cooking - dump your ingredients in, go away come back and done... I put ingredients in to make yoghurt, go to bed and wake up to a kg of yoghurt! Sounds weird! Its oh so true! Different butterfly design. Want a fluffier pav? Well it’s in reach! Lights - they go red as it heats so kids recognise it’s hot Nutritional info - available for every recipe, commonly used by type 1 diabetics to monitor carb intake, people training for sporting events and monitoring calories, sugar intake, fibre and cholesterol reduction. The seal - Inbuilt into the lid, so doesn’t out into the sink when having a scrub.
