04.01.2022 We have been bit MIA on our page since my surgery. I needed to recovery and give myself time. It’s been a hard couple of months. I need to find myself again put me first with a lot of self development.... I’ll share what I’m doing each day on our stories. Starting with Reading even if it’s just for 10 minutes Healthy eating Morning walk before the kids wake up 3 litres water a day meditation 10 minutes before kids wake up If your not feeling the best vision of your self atm. Trust that you can put your needs first you deserve to take care of yourself. When you feel the best you become the best vision of yourself.
