25.01.2022 Happy mothers day to all the mums out there! I hope you have a fantastic day. My children are my reason for it all, they are the reason I started Adviza. I want to show them that they can do anything they dream of.

25.01.2022 Little did I know that I would be starting my business up during the biggest health crisis the world has known, but it has taught me so much. Firstly, be creative. Traditional ways of working, like in an office or conversation at the water cooler aren't happening at the moment and to continue to achieve the goals we set ourselves, we need to get creative! Think outside the square, be different! Challenge the standard way of thinking and do it your way. Secondly, I am thankf...ul for the technology that allows me to continue to work with my clients, supporting them through this period of uncertainty; where together we can put in place measures today that will be their strength tomorrow. Often we complain about slow internet connections or poor systems, but never will I do that again. Technology has saved many businesses, for this I am grateful! Lastly, we are more ready for change than we ever thought. More often than not people fight change, but today is seems that change is part of who we are and shows that we are more capable of change than we give ourselves credit for. Adjusting to such massive shifts in how we work has come quickly and in speaking to many people, they have settled into this new routine with ease. #smallbusiness #resilience #newbusiness #businesscoaching

It might work for 1 or 2 similar businesses, but not all. Every business is unique, has its own way of working and its own set of challenges. 07.01.2022 Now is as good a time as any! Over the past months, many new clients have expressed their concerns with me about the devastating impact COVID-19 has had on their business. They have shared stories of fear about potentially closing their business, or even how they are going to continue to do business. My answer is...INNOVATION! One thing any crisis teaches us is how to innovate. Innovation comes from thinking creatively to determine a way that is different but allows us to ...achieve the same goal, such as sales, business growth and increased profits. If we don't innovate and respond the changing environment, we quickly become irrelevant. I was talking to a friend about her business recently and what impact COVID-19 has had on business (she has a small botique, all natural cosmetics business) and her response was focused around adaptability.
