20.01.2022 We don't like it but there has been - and will be - some courier delays due to the current pandemic. Adzon is still fully operational - complying above and beyond Government Regulations and Guidelines, and we are still express shipping with same day dispatch and Air Services where requested. We also offer locals contactless pick up & drive through. Our main priority is completing our customer's order ensuring it is accurately packed, dispatched and notifications of the conno...te number sent as a matter of urgency. Courier delays are out of Adzon's control. We have had many enquiries requesting us to follow up orders with these courier companies and often, they are telling us the same thing as online tracking tells us. We cannot guarantee a timeframe - and although you may be used to a delivery the same day or next day - this is all reliant on volumes with our couriers, border delays and other factors out of our control. We use Fastway and Startrack Express (Australia Post) and some areas are impacted more heavily than others. If you have a preference in either of these carriers - please place in the notes upon checkout when you place your order online. Some customers are having no delays, some areas there are delays.
