16.01.2022 Hi Everyone! This is why Ive been so quiet of late (apart from moving house, hospital trips etc etc!). My 8 year old daughter, Alex, has complex health needs. Alex is diagnosed with Epilepsy, Heart disease, Perthes disease, Autism, Central sleep apnea, malabsorbition etc etc! Alex requires oxygen overnight, and its my endevour to get her a portable oxygen concentrator so she can still go camping, weekends away, have sleep overs and visit her dads on school holidays. ... Theyre are expensive though, so Im fundraising! Ive started a page for miss Alex, Alex's Gift. In the next couple of weeks we will be having an auction with some amazing items up for grabs! 04.01.2022 Hi :D Since Alexs auction is over (it was a MASSIVE success by the way!) I've been easing myself back into sewing. Today I made miss Alex 4 pairs of 'pins', and throughout the week I made 2 baby harem sets for one of Alexs amazing teachers who sadly is going on maternity leave. This week I've got two orders for harem pants and then I'll be working on some overalls. :)

04.01.2022 Hi!!! Wow! So what a couple of weeks we've had in the A.E household! I'm happy to say that Miss A had her op and it was all smooth sailing, even if we were there for MUCH longer than expected. While Miss A was in hospital, we had a lot of people supporting us. The last few weeks that I've been AWOL, I have been sewing up a storm of pressies to say thank you. I have a few more projects I need to get out of the way, and then i have something rather exciting to share with you all. Oh, and while we wait, I've recently been part of an exchange, where members of a pattern group made an item of clothing for someone, and in turn, received one from someone else. The brief was 'why sew blue'... Think I covered it? :)

02.01.2022 Good morning everyone. I hope your new year has started well! 2015 is shaping up to be a long one for us. Miss A is currently in hospital awaiting surgery and testing. I am itching to get home and back into sewing!! I plan on making up a whole lot of cute little outfits in all shapes and sizes that will be avaliable for immediate postage. Sound good? What would you like to see? I've been thinking up fabric combinations as I stare at these boring walls! Xo
