25.01.2022 Looking for people who care about increasing resilience in the community, Fremantle, WA. A.E.C.R.E of WA Inc, and all involved would like to thank the "Stronger Communities Program" for grant funding. We have been able to purchase equipment, goods and cover "Police Clearances and Working with Children Checks" for over "Ten Volunteers"!... "We aim to have our "Fremantle Community Drop in Centre" open five days a week in the future. Community Personal Development Courses are also run from the centre by trained staff. Our aim is to increase resilience in the community and offer personal development courses to youth and those in need. We are seeking like minded people who want to make a difference and help mentor people through tough times by just simply being there for a chat and a listening ear. Looking for 5 x sets of two buddies to volunteer approx 3-5 hrs once week to man our drop in centre, and small fundraising op shop, maybe hand a few brochures out close by and create a place for personal growth, out there in our community. 21.01.2022 At 18 young people are not allowed to have alcohol, because their brain is still forming ( remember the adds? The brain can take much longer to complete its d...evelopment . Teenage years are complicated because identity and self Image is being slowly formed and understood, these are confusing times for young people. In Tasmania they can now decide at 16 to have biological treatment to change their gender , even though their brain is still being formed . Parents who have carried raised and often suffered for their beloved offspring have no say over this . It is normal at this age to have conflict with parents due to growing into ones on adult self , this does not last too long though . Is this gender change decision less dangerous to ones happiness in life than alcohol? This is against scientific knowledge , are our politicians informing themselves about researched reality .? This confusion will lead more young people Into more confusion and depression. I grieve deeply for our young ones who suffer at this age . please read the book as pictured below and pass this on .
