25.01.2022 Inspo chat Sunday’s Life happens FOR you, NOT to you! It’s so easy to play the victim, to feel sorry for yourself, to think ‘why me’, it’s so easy. ... But what comes from this mentality? Absolutely nothing! No positive comes from it Learn to change the way you view things, situations, people. Stop sitting in self pity, it’s not going to get you anywhere. I see this from time to time with clients. Falling into the trap of blaming, creating excuses as to why they did or didn’t do something instead of looking at themselves and there actions that led them there, and it spirals. Excuses get you no where, sitting in self pity feeling sorry for yourself gets you no where. Always take responsibility for your own actions, you get a choice always, it’s always on you. When you find your self in a shit, uncomfortable situation, don’t blame others, don’t have a pity party, don’t let it consume you! Acknowledge what is happening, why it is happening Take responsibility Take the necessary action to move THROUGH it and not get stuck And know that this is happening FOR you NOT to you! Be positive, take positive action. You are not what happens to you but you are what you make of it
22.01.2022 What instagram, ‘fitness influencers’, and society portray health to be: having visible abs being shredy lean (being dick skin lean is NOT healthy) being jacked ... What health actually is: being strong having a regular cycle (girls, having missed or irregular periods is NOT normal/healthy) good gut health lots of energy quality sleep nutrient dense BALANCED diet good relationship with food body positively confidence cardio vascular health being pain free good mental health Just because someone is lean and has abs or is jacked doesn’t mean they are HEALTHY Optimal health physically and mentally should always be the goal no matter what online coaching/PT spots available DM or email [email protected]

Either way is hard Choose your hard 6 mths will pass regardless, your actions, thoughts, growth and mindset will determine where you’ll be in 6mths So where will you be in 6mths?
