17.01.2022 Hello Folks, This is my latest plug n play DIY Long Life post anywhere in Australia Stand Alone Power System. 4 x 400 watt panels 2 X 2 panel ground mounts... 1 x 20 amp regulator 1 x 2.4 kWh CARBON battery pack 1 x 1600VA Inverter/Charger 1 x battery monitor 1 x 6.0 kVa diesel auto start $8,800 inc GST & Freight (aust) How the system works. This system is designed to be DIY . You can get your electrician to put it together for you, (extra). It will run your LED lights, fridge and a pump (350watt max) & chargers & TV computer. The PnP SPS system has 4 X 12 Volt Long life Carbon batteries. They make a 2.4 kWh battery pack. We can add more packs as required. The solar arrays are 800 watt each (0.8KW). We can add extra arrays as required. The best orientation for each solar array is north east and north west, this adds to charge time for the batteries and lengthening the life span of your battery packs. The solar Regulator is an MPPT which is maximum power point tracking making it 97% efficient and it is also current limiting so we can protect the batteries. It is sufficient for 2 banks of batteries. The inverter is an inverter/charger which means it can charge your batteries when the generator is turned on. It also allows the generator to feed power to your unit/cabin at the same time. The inverter/charger also monitors how much power is being used and can automatically start the generator to help out. We can also add more inverter/chargers at a later time to increase power up to 4.8 KVA. The battery monitor is important as it's your fuel gauge, it is also Bluetooth to you phone. It will also start the generator when the batteries get low so you don't ever run out of power. The generator is a modified 6.0 KVA auto starting diesel unit. It's cheep but it has all we need and we don't really want it to run all the time as that would mean we need to increase the size of the solar system, it's there for surge power requirements for both current and kWh's. What you have donated to us is our main need for daily use. It also contributes to our health and social life the kids enjoy rain water iam building a new concrete floor on the right side to put the tank on. I have installed the solar and the equipments you send now we enjoy family storie and gathering at night. I will send you more photos of my family sometimes later. The reason for making a 6 phase stoneware power generator to last 2000 years is simply cost effectiveness and D.I.Y capability, there are every day products on the shelves these days that can stand the time frames needed so why not do it. like it and share it for more updates as they come.... The big news is an alternator that can last for 2000 years. It is made from stonewear that is utilizing ceramic iron core technology and neodymium. The stonewear allows us to manufacture the shapes required for super long life and the neodymium super magnets have a lifetime of 2000 y...ears with a loss of 5% per 100 years.
