20.01.2022 The team at Aerospace Gateway to Industry Schools Program would like to wish all of our schools, and supporters, a Merry Christmas and a very happy new year. Our office will be unattended from Friday 18 Dec. We will return on Monday 11 Jan. We look forward to working with you all again in 2021, and meeting some new faces too. Happy Holidays!

15.01.2022 Last week, as part of the 2021 Aerospace Teachers PD conference we launched our UAV Safety Starter Kits. Funded by CASA, as part of their safety promotion sponsorship program, these valuable resources will be used exclusively by Aerospace Gateway Schools and will assist to educate students to fly safely. 06.01.2022 What a way to end day one of our annual Aerospace Teachers PD conference last week! The Sunshine Coast Airport and Flight Options Pilot Academy opened their doors to showcase some of their magnificent facilities by hosting tours and a networking event. Key industry representatives and program partners joined our teachers to meet and hear more about what is happening in the region. A special thanks goes to our guest speakers Tim Holland (Flight Options - Pilot Academy), Will Shrapnel (Helimods) and Gareth Williamson (Sunshine Coast Airport) and our airport tour guides, Frank Mondello and Kylie Ezzy.

06.01.2022 Each of our Aerospace Gateway Schools infuse aerospace learning into their curriculum across various year levels and subjects. How they do this is individualized by the school. With all of our teachers in one place, our conference trade show is a fantastic opportunity to expose all of our schools to partnerships that can support experiential learning whether it be through tours, talks, simulation, workshops, excursions/incursions or virtual training.
