25.01.2022 This my friends is how it's done. Extractors are one of the hardest things to fabricate, and EH V8s are a nightmare. Just like to congratulate Chris owner of Mobile Custom Fabrication on a perfect job. Need something like this done then contact him, but expect to pay as this is pure artwork!!

22.01.2022 Just packing for our holiday and i got a text off Ben telling me he got his HSV Maloo system hooked up and running. Of course i was excited as we don't do that many V8s and lets face it nothing sounds better than a powerful V8 on full song. Bens car is a 6.2L Chev, making a nice 650RWHP with a bit of boost running through a tricked up auto. The guys at Spot On Performance & Fabrications built a beautiful exhaust incorporating twin 3 inch Super Duty Dump Valves and the results are great. Will get Ben to post up a vid of the valves on and off. Great work mate, good to see an angry Lion!!

21.01.2022 Happy 50th Birthday to one of the hard working members of Team AES, my beautiful partner Selena! Thank you for putting up with me and for all the effort you put in behind the scenes. Some of your work is on the fastest cars in Aus, including record holders! I love how fussy you are with your work, guys she really knows that perfection is crucial. She also keeps the place in order and is constantly hassling me about keeping up with production. So i think you deserve a day off from drilling and testing valves, i will make sure you have a great day.

21.01.2022 UPDATE Hi guys, hope everyone is well, especially our Victorian customers. Now we have had a delay on components for our 3 1/2inch Super Duty Dump Valves which happen to be the most popular size. I have a list of everyone who wants one, so just wanted to let you all know i haven't forgot any of you. I should have the parts in about a week and we will be straight into production mode. So sorry for the wait guys but this was out of our control and we will only use 100% quality components on our valves. So hang in there, not much longer. Cheers Team AES.

20.01.2022 Here we have the ultimate setup for stealth mode and crazy mode. Fitted with one of our Inline valves to really quieten the car when needed, and a dump valve for when shit gets serious. Great install as per usual by Just Engine Management. Well done!!

20.01.2022 Hi guys, I've had this valve plumbed up on a time delay circuit for 5 days, 14 hours per day, just for testing. Its opens and closes 4 times per minute, so that equates to approximately 6000 operations. Reliability is always paramount.

19.01.2022 A big CONGRATS to Mark Pietersz running a flat 9 in his 1 Megawatt R32. I know he's a little disappointed not cracking the 8 second barrier but with the power output of his car it's just so hard to control. Quite a few things didn't go to plan in his run and remember as the car isn't teched, you only get one shot at it. The G-Forces are that high he had trouble pulling gears, even with a sequential box and mind you he's trying to keep the bloody thing in a straight line at the same time. This is a genuine mid to low 8 sec car with a perfect run.So that's it for testing for the GTR Drag Battle in a couple of weeks and with a street surface i believe the car will be more suited. He already holds the 2.6 block, manual record at Cootamundra so we at AES wish him all the best in defending his title. Best of luck mate, go get em!!

16.01.2022 Anthony's Supra fitted with our rear muffler, middle resonator and Super duty Dump Valve by JDM Industries. He has the best of both worlds now with it being a lot quieter on the street but still flowing big horsepower and picked up a further 20hp with the dump open, pushing 1051hp. 16.01.2022 Big Congrats to Rami Gambino running a PB 8.34secs @ 160mph which makes him the quickest 13B street car in the world!! Yes it's got street rego and with good mufflers keeps it quiet enough not to stand out too much.This car was driven to the strip, broke the record, then driven home, no trailer queen. Well done to Pac Performance, B George Rehayem, Rocky Rehayem and everyone else involved. How fast can this weapon go???

13.01.2022 Hi guys, hope you are all doing well. Now due to a few circumstances i have no choice but to put our Dump Valves and kits up slightly in price for all my work and time to remain viable. So our RRP for Super Duty Dump Kits will go up by $20 and if you wish to purchase just the Exhaust Dump Valve they will increase by $15. Express shipping will remain at $25 for Sydney metro and $30 everywhere else. Also Dad does a Sydney run weekly which will save you Shipping as he does it fo...r free to your door or workshop.So here is a run down on the RRPs. 4inch Valve only was $350, now $365 3 1/2inch Valve only was $340, now $355 3inch Valve only was $330, now $345 4inch SD Kit was $490, now $510 3 1/2inch SD Kit was $480, now $500 3inch SD Kit was $470, now $490 So again i apologise for the price increase but i have to make it worthwhile as we put a huge amount of time and effort to supply the best Dump Valves on the market. 10.01.2022 Like BMWs, well we do after seeing this. James owner of Gameon Motorsports knocked up this nice setup for a BMW fitted with a 2JZ engine. Look at the fab work, beautiful. What a sleeper, be careful picking a run with this weapon. Runs AES mufflers/resonators with a dump valve as well. Quiet when needed, then open the dump and all hell breaks loose, love it!!!

07.01.2022 Like to congratulate Chris owner/operator of Mobile Custom Fabrication on an awesome 8.9sec run at Coota Drag Battle. Not only a top fabricator, a top bloke and a personal friend. He took on the GTRs and beat them, all on his own. Slept in his tow car, adjusted a slipping clutch all day with his pitcrew, himself! Awesome mate, i take my hat off to you.

03.01.2022 Question guys, which dumps sound better? A high pitched sound, bit like a formula1 sound or a deeper sound. Just curious, please give your preference and any comments or suggestions i will take on board.

03.01.2022 Our friends at Northside Custom Exhausts helped out a customer that had a rear cannon that was basically doing nothing. Some of them may look pretty but if they don't actually work then what's the point. Anyhow they fitted up one of our rear mufflers which worked a treat and will last for a very long time. Bring on the flames, they love em. Well done guys...

03.01.2022 Well i did it guys!! Only took 16 years for me to seal the deal and gee it was worth it. This was easily one of the best days of my life and i experienced feelings i didn't know were possible. Seeing the love of my life, walk in with our daughter holding hands to beautiful music, with my family and some very close friends watching, absolutely melted me. I was very nervous at the start but some kind of magical calmness and peace flowed through my body and mind. It was fantasti...c, i was on cloud 9. Thank you everyone who helped and was involved in our small ceremony, you know who you all are and most of all thank you Selena Massingham, now Davis for making me the happiest guy on earth. 01.01.2022 Hi everyone, hope you are all doing well in this difficult time, something here to cheer you all up. This is Alex's beautiful R32 GTR which is getting close to hitting the streets. He opted for the proven RB30 setup with all the goodies, fed by a 68/70 Turbo, all assembled by my mate Anthony owner of Dahtone Racing, and we all know what he's like. With the help of the Hypertune guys, Alex pretty much fabbed up the whole exhaust himself using our 4 inch R32 muffler/resonator c...ombo. The car will be reasonably quiet with a deeper note than other systems and shouldn't get the attention of our friends in blue. But when he wants to make some noise, Alex is also installing one of our 3 1/2 inch Super Duty Dump Valves, which he is in the process of doing now. I'm sure he will post up a few pics once this is done. The car should be in the 800/900HP area and with a Getrag R34 6 speed fitted, IMO he has built the ultimate street/race GTR. Go for a cruise on Sunday, rock up and smash out an easy 9 at the strip on Wed, really what more do you want? So a big thank you to Alex for the photos, great fab work mate and keep us updated!!
