05.01.2022 This week with the help of @fitwithrruby I Decide to take control back with my eating habits. The last few months have been tough.. like many losing the routine of going to the gym and suddenly being at home with children hit hard. Ruby has written me a delic food plan to follow, helping me to get enough protein in my diet, which is hard as a vegetarian. Preparation is the key, making it easier to make the right food choices.. this was my fried rice and tofu and filo pie. Getting back into pt sessions and following my eating plan has definitely made a huge difference to my mental health.
