24.01.2022 Fantastic read about moisturiser & sunscreen! #Repost @babeandbeauty with @make_repost The short answer, yes sunscreen moisturizers are effective and enough sun protection if USED PROPERLY. + = ... - The reason being a moisturizer with SPF contains the same amount of sun filtering ingredients as a dedicated sunscreen. Besides, sunscreen of any kind is considered a "drug ingredient", is FDA regulated, and is required to undergo the same safety and effectiveness testing before they are put on the market - Where the potential issue may lie is user error versus the product itself. Most people simply do not apply enough and/or an even layer of the SPF moisturizer to make it effective. It's also common to miss areas like the ears, eyelids and under the eyes. - Tips for using SPF moisturizers: Make sure you find one with broad-spectrum protection with at least an SPF 30. Use 1/4 tsp for the entire face OR 1/2 tsp for the face and down the neck. Don't forget to apply up to your hairline, your ears, and around your eye area. - The bottom line, there isn't a need to use a separate sunscreen on top of your SPF moisturizer if you are USING IT CORRECTLY See more

20.01.2022 H Y D R O J E L L Y M A S K - This is my mum with her wrinkle care & hydration Hydrojelly mask post-dermaplaning treatment! Mums deserve rest and facials too! - Look how smooth her forehead and skin is! #obsessed We’ve been treating her face this past year with chemical peels, skin needling and LED light therapy Her main concerns were her pigment & open pores surrounding her cheeks and nose ... - Chemical peels - a combo of peels were performed to help with the turnover of her skin & help with the appearance of pigment - Skin needling - we’ve done a few needling sessions to help fade pigment marks, stimulate collagen, plump her skin due to ageing process and refine her pores (which has worked wonders on her middle forehead and apple of her cheeks! 06.01.2022 L A S H E S As from now, I will no longer be able to take on new lash clients As much as I would love to take on everyone, my schedule won’t allow me too ... My main priority is to look after my current regulars This will not apply to any of my previous lash clients who are taking a break or current regular lash clients I will still continue to take on new IPL hair removal and skin clients To my lash clients: you can still book online for refills (although I recommend booking at least two refills in advanced as I get booked out quite quickly) If you are a previous client who needs a new set - you will no longer be able to book online as I will be removing new sets from the booking system, you’ll have to DM or message me to book a new set Thank you so much for understanding and for all your continued support, love and celebrations
