20.01.2022 On days like these where the sun is just a beautiful site, sometimes our skin doesnt thank us later for it (how rude). Not to say dont have any sun, but the right balance of sun exposure can do us wonders for our internal health Even just catching 10-15 mins a day is enough to boost our vit D and immune system. Although, any more and its generally recommended to wack the good ole SPF on. The biggest killer for aging, wrinkles, pigmentation is the SUN. A good vit c serum under your moisturiser can prevent further damage from the sun as it fights off free radicals from the exposure, as well as generally lightning any existing pigmentation. VIT C & SUNSCREEN are your go to for this spring & summer!

18.01.2022 My partner deans skin progress since oct 2018 We have only done 3 - 4 skin needling sessions over this period of time including 3 microdermabrasions & peels. Ideally with acne scarring it is good to have a plan of attack and generally may need more than one type of treatment to improve and reduce scarring. It is also best to initially have multiple treatments between 4 - 6 weeks apart then once the scarring has reduced dramatically to then keep on having treatment sparingly and to use medical grade skin care. Scarring especially pitted can be HARD to treat and completely get rid of, but these before and afters show that progress can still be made even with just a small amount of treatment and using my skin care range that I offer to my clients every single day!
