15.01.2022 Change is inevitable, growth is optional Last week we had the pleasure to see one of our candidates Jesse graduate from his Cert I in Construction Traineeship. When Jesse first entered our office he was a quiet young man and his dad did most of the interview for him.... During the course of Jesse’s traineeship he has gained confidence in himself and has developed leadership skills which will help him in his working career. Jesse was given the opportunity to be a 2IC onsite and now feels comfortable to lead a team. We are now supporting Jesse in an apprenticeship. #successstories #construction #appreciationpost #aesfamily #apprenticeship #indigenouscareers #workforce
