23.01.2022 Keeping your shinpads and headguard STINK FREE has never been easier! Killing the bacteria in your accessories and keeping them dry at all times are essential to reduce the smell of bad odour. If your accessories are particularly wet from daily use or sweaty summer days, just give the inside a minute of hair drying when you get home after you spray it with our Antidote Spray. We recommend you spray daily after each training session and deodorise with baking soda once a week. ... For less mess, try to do it over a grassy area and leave in the sun as much as possible. For those living in apartments, do this over your shower or bath area so you can spray it down after. Leave in the sun once you have sprinkled baking soda on it. We use a dish brush from Coles $2. This has the perfect length and small head to get to the little crevices on the headguard and can be used to tap all the baking soda out. Try to get most of the baking soda out especially for the headguard and it can be drying on the skin. We have found this to be the best method to keeping your accessories stink free.
