25.01.2022 If you’ve been to the gym recently you would have seen this man. This post is about a member who makes the gym atmosphere from ok to the best to be apart of. Member Ash is full of praise and will say hello to every member he walks past. He trains twice a day and has taken up training with pt @berserk_fitness_ since joining in august and is dropping kilos almost daily now. We thank him for choosing us to train with and for bringing a smile to every member he meets. Keep up the great work mate looking fantastic @parraboy1976
