15.01.2022 Now, I know my idea of "fun" is not exactly the same as most people - cycling for miles, endless squats and going to the gym are my happy places - yes I know I'm slightly freakish. Pilates is also part of my weekly routine and I love it! It keeps me injury free, trains my core & pelvic floor and strengthens my stabilising muscles - and it really is FUN (promise). It is not the same as yoga and it's not easy. I'm preparing a short course to show you how to master the basics ...and teach you why I use it as the basis for all my fitness work with my clients. 14.01.2022 Hands up if you don't have time for exercise . Exercise doesn't have to be going to the gym for hours on end. I like to think of exercise simply as movement, not something I have to make myself do for a set period of time. We can all add a little bit of movement here and there and if you added a few little bursts each day, these add up to one big burst over the course of a week . If you are interested in joining an all levels class please VOTE for your preferred evening. Whether you have done pilates before or are brand new, I tailor my classes so that anyone, regardless of experience, can join in. I work on core strength & stability, as well as working out your upper and lower body, help improve posture and balance and most importantly have FUN!
