This week it is Mental Health Week which is why it is so important to think of yourself and make yourself relax and relieved of any lingering stress because you do not need it!! Look in the mirror and tell yourself that you are beautiful because indeed you are! Drink enough water especially now when it is beginning to get warmer. Get out into nature, take a walk,... or go for a swim Listen to your favourite music Spend time with your loved ones or your lovely pet Try cooking your favorite simple dish (only if you can) Journal your thoughts Take a long bubble bath (if you can) Tell us below the ways that you look after your mental health?
