03.01.2022 Something I talk about ALOT is setting boundaries. Whether you realise it or not, YOU are teaching people how you want to be treated. If you feel that people don't respect you or take you seriously, ask yourself HOW did I teach them to treat me that way? It ALWAYS comes back to boundaries. Do you really know yours?... Have you set any or are you too afraid to say NO? It's not people who need to change, as always, it's YOU.
