Offering player screening, S&C support, injury management and rehab. Big thanks to Movement Improvements very own Mick Schramm who has lead our S&C program the last couple of years. Great to see local business supporting the future talent of our region #capkicks

03.01.2022 AFL9s continued its popularity in the region, despite that late start and the shortened season 8 teams (Team Photo missing Banana Boats) battled it out and had some great fun and plenty of laughs along the way! All the winners of our 4 Grand Finals walking away with Frenchville Sports Club Ltd Club Vouchers to kick off the festive season. Special mention to all the youth players that nominated teams, particularly the guys and girls that traveled up from Yeppoon each week, the Panthers nominating 3 teams and the TBC's which was our first team that was majority females. Look forward to seeing everyone back in 2021!
