10.01.2022 The new and exciting Matagarup Bridge climb and zip line opens in late January 2021. Situated with our great Optus Stadium you can walk up the bridge to be 72 ...metres above the famous Swan River and take in the magnificent views before the 400m zip line across to the banks near The Camfield hotel at 75km per hour! Bookings online, where you can choose day or early evening. Looks like a great option during Perth 2021, and is walking distance from the Perth CBD. #perth2021 #aflmasters #tourismwa #mustseeWA #MustDoWA

07.01.2022 2020......a challenging year of lockdowns, controlled borders, virus breakouts, postponed carnival and for some States a bit of footy and for others sadly no fo...oty during 2020. The last day of a year that for many we wish we never had but we will one day reflect on that we managed to get through. We take time to thank our AFLMWA partners The Keep Your Feet Foundation and many other mental health organisations around Australia who have helped many people in these incredibly difficult and challenging times. So what does 2021 bring? It brings a new hope that we can again play the game we love to play, we can catch up for a drink with our mates at our local clubs, we can see our friends and competitors from previous National Carnivals and we can again come together at Perth 2021. The Perth 2021 Organising Committee are working hard to bring you the best carnival experience ever whether its the magnificent High Tea planned on our famous Swan River, the development of the picturesque playing grounds of Langley Park, the detailed planning into the "Carnival Village" or the Opening Ceremony and March On at the best stadium in Australia. We are excited and promise you a week to remember! Whilst booking that Perth 2021 trip remember to consider visiting our great states many attractions.........from the incredible Kimberley in our North West, the famous Margaret River Wine Region, the southern towns of Albany and Esperance or our Goldfields of Kalgoorlie we have something to offer to enhance your carnival experience. Enjoy your New Years Eve, stay safe and we looking forward to bringing you more information on the road to Perth 2021

06.01.2022 It's a golden WA Boxing Day in Perth.......another beautiful day, hope you all had a wonderful Xmas wherever you were across our great country! #perth2021 #aflmasters #footy2021 #waproud #tourismwa #wanderoutyonder #perth #mustseewa
