Yallingup is a quaint and beautiful small town on the west coast of the Margaret River Region just across the peninsula from Dunsborough facing the Indian Ocean. The break at Yallingup is famous amongst surfers worldwide and the Yallingup Reef creates ideal conditions for world class waves! York is the oldest inland town in Western Australia, situated on the Avon River, 97 kilometres east of Perth in the Wheatbelt. 21.01.2022 Been a busy few weeks in WA as we finish off our Masters season and take a well earned break.but we are back now to continue our A to Z of Western Australia ...for the Perth 2021 AFL Masters National Carnival. We are skipping U as we have nothing to visit and moving to the letter V which stands for Vasse Felix Winery in the wonderful Margaret River Wine Region. Vasse Felix was the first vineyard and winery to be established in the Margaret River wine region of Western Australia. Founded in Wilyabrup in 1967 by Dr Tom Cullity, it is recognised as a pioneer of the region, and also features an acclaimed restaurant in Cowaramup.
