25.01.2022 Our A Z tour of WA ahead of the AFL Masters National Carnival Perth 2021 today takes us to the letter N. Today it’s the letter N which stands for Ningaloo Re...ef and Northbridge. The Ningaloo Reef is a World Heritage Site located in the north west coastal region of Western Australia. The 705,015-hectare heritage-listed area is located approximately 1,200 kilometres north of Perth, along the East Indian Ocean. Lively Northbridge is popular for Perth Cultural Centre and the new Yagan Square, with its cluster of modern art galleries. Hip boutiques and Asian eateries line William Street, where stylish cocktail lounges, upscale clubs and casual backpacker bars fill up through the evening. Built in the 19th century, Russell Square has parkland sculptures and a bandstand, plus eclectic performing arts at the summer Fringe World Festival. #justanotherdayinwa #mustdowa #mustseewa #amazingwa #footy2021 #perth2021 #adventureawaits

24.01.2022 We’re back here in WA the home of footy to continue the A Z tour of Western Australia ahead of the AFL Masters National Carnival Perth 2021. Today it’s the ...letter R which stands Rottnest Island and Redgate Winery. Rottnest Island sits just offshore from the city of Perth, in Western Australia. A protected nature reserve, it's home to the famous quokka, a small wallaby-like marsupial. White-sand beaches and secluded coves include the Basin, with its shallow waters, and Thomson Bay, the main hub and ferry port. Strickland Bay is known for its surf breaks, while reef breaks occur at Radar Reef, off the island's far western tip. You can travel by Rottnest by boat from either Perth near Elizabeth Quay or from Fremantle and there is plenty of great places to eat and drink whilst you spend your day in the wonderful WA weather. Redgate Winery is situated south of Margaret River and has grown into a 55 acre vineyard with its own winery, cellar door and enviable reputation for producing boutique wines of premium quality. One not to be missed if you intend a few days of wineries in our great South West. #justanotherdayinwa #mustdowa #mustseewa #amazingwa #footy2021 #perth2021 #adventureawaits #wonderoutyonder #rotto #quokkaselfie
