Due to the current situation with covid 19 I need to be careful for my health and the health of family and staff. Phone orders are very welcome and no cotact deliveries are available. No deliveries to hospitals. This situation will be ongoing until covid 19 transmission is under control in Ipswich.... I sincerely hope my community is understanding of this situation as I feel the big C is too close for comfort. 14.01.2022 Wow, wow, wow. When the pandemic was first announced, we thought, "uh-oh, we might not have jobs, or a business." How wrong we were... It is so exciting to be reminded how vital the gift of flowers can be. ... We have been privileged to send messages of support to couples who had to cancel weddings, happy birthdays, anniversaries, births and lots of Easter greetings. On average, five times the amount of deliveries daily. The power of flowers is so prevalent at this time. So, thank you, Ipswich, for your continued support. N.B. There are some attached photos of arrangements featured in an article published recently by Ipswich First.

10.01.2022 To All Of Our Valued Customers, Due to current circumstances globally! A Floral Fantasy needs to advise customers that we are reducing our operating hours. As you can all appreciate, business is slow at the moment. We are very fortunately able to stay open at this point in time however this may not be permanent.... Trading Hours Monday Friday 8:30am 5pm Saturday 9am 1:30pm Sunday CLOSED Public Holidays CLOSED If anyone is hesitant to come in to the shop, please realise that you can phone us and order flowers, we are happy to provide photos of what we have available in store upon request. We can do NO CONTACT deliveries as long as we have a phone number for the recipient we can phone ahead to organise a time for the courier to leave flowers at a designated safe place. There seems to be a supply of flowers at this current stage, therefore we will be offering service as long as we possibly can. If there are any changes in regards to trading we will keep the public updated. We sincerely hope everyone stays safe and sane during this global crisis. Please, be kind to one another we are in an unprecedented historic situation, and we all need to be brave.

09.01.2022 MOTHER'S DAY 2020 Due to overwhelming demand and lack of flower supply, all Mother's Day orders must be in by 5pm Wednesday 6th ------------------------------------------------------... Because of the unavailability of flowers this year, we have been busy making gift packages, some of which include flowers, hand cream, candles, soaps and chocolates, we even have some with succulents. ------------------------------------------------------- Please call us on 3496 1422 or visit us in store to place your Mother's Day 2020 orders!!!! (please do not place orders over facebook, we do not use facebook as a point of sale)

09.01.2022 Due to the high demand and low supply of flowers in the Brisbane area, we have had to stop taking any more orders for the Mothers Day weekend (including Friday, Saturday and Sunday). It is inspiring to see the amount of love being shown by the community on this special occasion and we are very apologetic that we are unable to help spread this love.

Googles search engine does not give the same information as the www.(world wide web) If an order is placed by phone or in store there is an absolute guarantee of 100% care and concern of interpretation regarding requirement of product, delivery any extra requirements and our very specialised customer service. I was placing poppies on shelves in our window space, customer comes to pick up her wreath and decides we need candles and lights so goes away and comes back a while later with battery operated candles, some coloured for the lamps, fairy lights and the batteries for said fairy lights.
